40V max XGT® Brushless Cordless High Torque 4-Speed Impact Driver, Tool Only

The 40V max XGT® 4-Speed Impact Driver (GDT04) gives the user compact fastening power, while delivering up to 2,040 in.lbs. of max torque with 4 Speed Settings and Tightening Mode.

The XGT® Impact Driver features a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers up to 2,040 in.lbs. of Max Torque, allowing it to outpower similar models in heavy load applications. It features digitally controlled modes for a wide variety of applications, including speed control and tightening modes to prevent sheet metal screw stripping.

The GDT04 features Tightening Mode (T-mode) for faster tightening of self-drilling screws in thin gauge metal, it also helps prevent damage to the screw or workpiece. The Impact Driver features 4 speed settings (0-1,200/ 0-2,100/ 0-3,00/ 0-3,900 RPM & 0-1,900/ 0-3,100/ 0-3,600/ 0-3,900 IPM) for increased versatility and added user convenience.

Convenience features include built-in L.E.D. light that help eliminate shadows and illuminate a larger area, a length of only 5-3/8" making it ideal for working in tight spaces, and a weight of only 4.0 lbs with battery (battery sold separately) for reduced operator fatigue.
