The 18V LXT® High Torque 1/2" Sq. Drive Angle Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring (XLT04) is a compact angle impact wrench that delivers 250 ft. lbs. fastening torque and 390 ft. lbs. of nut-busting torque.

The 1/2" Sq. Drive Angle Impact Wrench features a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers 390 ft.lbs. of nut-busting torque. It features three speeds (0-1,000 / 0-1,500 / 0-3,200 RPM & 0-1,800 / 0-2,800 / 0-4,000 IPM) for a wide range of fastening applications. An ultra-smooth variable speed trigger provides optimum control.

The XLT04 utilizes Makita's proprietary hammer and anvil impact mechanism, which are manufactured using the best raw materials with the highest quality steel and unique heat hardening process for maximum fastening and driving power.

The 1/2" Sq. Drive Angle Impact Wrench is engineered with a compact 3-3/8” angle head height for use in close quarters. It features Auto-Stop modes in both forward and reverse for increased efficiency.

Convenience features include Twin L.E.D. lights with afterglow illuminates the work area, a rubberized soft grip handle that provides increased comfort on the job. It weighs only 4.0 lbs. with battery (battery not included) for reduced operator fatigue.
